Richard and Samuel were 3rd cousins.

    Notes 
    • Mary and her sister Hannah both married men named Issac Bateson. The two Isaacs appear to be different people. We have not explored the family connection between the two men, but it seems likely that they were related in some way.
    • Isaac & Mary may have had the following children: Richard (1822), Hannah (1824), Samuel (1825), George (1827) and Reuben (1829) all batpised at Rawden Chapel.
